Delivery information
We ship with DHL or a local parcel service to your delivery address. If delivery to your door is not possible, the package will be delivered to your door or nearest collection point. Orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped the same day. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are delivered by the local parcel service.
Our standard delivery time is:

Returns
The costs of return shipping your product are at your own expense. To send something back to us, you yourself can choose how you do this. You can return items to us using your national postal company, for example. You always pay the postage yourself.
Return conditions
You can return your order to us within 30 days after the invoice date.
The product must be complete and in the original packaging. If the product is used or damaged, then we can no longer accept its return.
Send your entire order with multiple products back; we then refund your purchase amount. If you send back only a portion of your order, then you receive only the purchase amount for the products returned. Once we receive the product, you will receive your refund within a few days.

Original and unworn condition
Trying the hats on is always allowed! Please make sure that the items are returned to us unworn, in original condition, and/or in original packaging.
