The Lakota, Sioux are a Native American tribe and First Nations band government in North America. Red Cloud’s War was an armed conflict between the Lakota and the United States. 

The war is named after Red Cloud, a prominent chief who led the war. You will find Red Cloud in round embroidery on the front of this hat.  On the left side of the cap, the embroidery ‘Wisdom Bravery’ is embroidered. There is a deep history here that is to be respected and many have given their lives for the cause or have given up their freedom.
